Shipping policy

sr.ceramics offers shipping within New Zealand only at this stage. If you live somewhere else and are interested in purchasing products, please let us know and we will see what we can do.

We will ship your products within 1-3 business days. However, being a small business sometimes things happen and in cases where this target can not be met, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that preorders will have a different delivery time, as specified in the product description.

We pack your products in as much recycled materials as possible. This means that sometimes parcels can look a bit funny or pots can have small black marks from newspaper print (comes off super easy with a damp cloth). We encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging material as far as possible.

Domestic shipping is $10.

Free pickup available in Waterview, Auckland. Please note that sr.ceramics doesn't have a physical store and pick up can only happen on an agreed times, normally within 24hrs. If you need your product urgently, please contact us before your purchase so we can confirm that we can meet your deadline.
